Delete your data

Three cases, depending on how you used YLC. Each one says exactly what is deleted, what is kept, and when.

You have a YLC account

  1. Sign in at account.ylcnetwork.com.
  2. Open Settings (in your account menu).
  3. At the bottom, choose “Delete my account”, read what will happen, and type the word asked to confirm.
Open my settings

What happens when you confirm

One exception: if you took part in a The Green draw that has already been held, your account is anonymised instead of deleted — your email address, name, bio, username and photo are erased, and the line that proves the draw stays, without your name, so the draw remains verifiable.

What is kept: your payment records, at Whop (which sold you the Pass) and on our side for accounting, no longer linked to your account. Subscriptions to Semblo experts are sold by the experts themselves on Whop: cancel them from your Whop account.

Can't sign in any more? Write to us from the email address of your account, or use the form below.

You connected Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp

Rispa connects your WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official sign-up. Ondra, Straby and Klipa connect social accounts through bundle.social, which holds the approved apps with Meta.

  1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations for a business account).
  2. Find the app named YLC (or Rispa) and choose Remove.

Meta tells us, and we open a deletion request with a confirmation code you can follow. The team deletes the connection and what was received through it — for Rispa, the access token and the conversations — and closes the request within one month at most.

You can also disconnect from the app itself: in Rispa, “Disconnect” stops the assistant and deletes the access token Meta gave us straight away; Rispa conversations are deleted after ninety days in any case.

You only left your details on a page

A page made with a YLC app — a Straby page, an agency page, a booking page, an AI twin, a shop — belongs to the person who made it. What you typed there (a contact exchange, a quote request, a conversation…) is kept for them.

The fastest way: write to the owner of the page. They can delete your details from their contacts at any time.

Or ask us with this form. We delete it ourselves or have the owner do it, and answer you within one month at most, as the GDPR requires.
